Regret no children or babies. Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom. Please be aware of unfenced ponds in the grounds.

Enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofa with a good book or catch up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice box, and is perfect for creating romantic meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed, ample cupboard space for all your belongings and its own separate Smart TV. The property is completed with an en suite shower room that has a walk in shower and WC. Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs, the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor dining, and by arrangement with the owner, guests can enjoy a game of tennis on the tennis court.
