Walkers can enjoy the exhilaration of climbing nearby Codden Hill and revel in the magnificent views from the top, a favourite with cyclists as well as keen walkers. Other places of interest in the area include Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife Park, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal. Of course the many beaches are within easy reach, including the pretty estuary beach and sand dunes at Instow and the 3 miles of golden sands at Westward Ho!. This stone barn has been lovingly converted with many characterful features, yet in a contemporary style. Sitting in an elevated position halfway up the private driveway between the owners magnificent thatched home and the road.
