Access to the owners utility room with washing machine and dryer please discuss with owner. Welcome pack included. Wood burner with logs provided. Solar hot water with discreet solar panels. TV and DVD. Wi Fi included. Lawned area at the back of the barn with picnic table. Nearby woods can be explored by guests 18 acres of woodland with a variety of pathways. Wildlife and 15 varieties of indigenous trees with spectacular views of the Black Mountain and Pen Y Banc. Ample off road parking. 2 dogs welcome but please be aware owners also have dogs. Complex of properties. Bike storage. Pub 1 mile, shop and cafe 2.5 miles. Can be booked with neighbouring cottage to sleep 9.

At the heart of the house, an open plan kitchen/diner makes a wonderfully social space to cook, dine, and relax, with a central dining table seating up to eight. From here, enjoy views over the surrounding gardens, mountains and woodland. From here, a few steps lead down to the lounge area a striking room with an impressive vaulted ceiling. On cold winter nights, fire up the wood burner and turn the room into a cosy haven in which to snuggle ideal for a family film night in front of a DVD. Also on the ground floor, you ll find two bedrooms: one twin and one single. Upstairs, curl up on one of the comfortable armchairs on the mezzanine with a balcony overlooking the living space the perfect spot for devouring a good book. The double bedroom can be found just off the mezzanine, and the bathroom is also on this floor. Step outside into the spacious gardens enjoy the private lawn area, with picnic table and views of the stream, woodlands and hills.
