Oil fired burner. TV with Freesat. Wi Fi included. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Ample parking. 2 dogs welcome (please note, the owners have their own dogs and there are sheep in the fields). One of two lodges on site. Storage for bikes. Fishing may be arranged. Pubs, restaurants and a shop are 2 miles away. The Owner will plant a tree on their land for every visitor they have at the lodge. PLEASE NOTE electric car charging is not available on site.

Pull on your walking boots and head off along the Offa s Dyke Path, which runs close by, or take a trail through the National Trust s Begwyns. Hire mountain bikes or canoes in the area too. Spend afternoons pottering about in Hay on Wye, 4 miles from the lodge. Browse in the many bookshops here, dine out, stop for a cup of tea and visit the famous Hay Literary Festival, which is held in the town every May and attracts a host of well known authors.
