7 bedrooms 5 doubles (1 with an additional put up bed if required charged at 30), 1 twin, 1 single. 5 bathrooms 2 shower rooms (1 downstairs); 2 family bathrooms 1 with an additional shower,1 en suite with bath, all with WC and sinks. Four oven Aga for cooking, large American style fridge. Old Dairy utility room including microwave, chest deep freezer and storage space. Second back kitchen electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, another kitchen table and sink. 2 wood burners logs included. TVs with Freesat and DVD player. Cot and high chair available. Wi Fi included. Enclosed garden and patio, with BBQ and garden furniture. Ample parking on site. 3 pets welcome must be well behaved and kept downstairs. They are not allowed on the furniture or in the fields where there are sheep or cattle grazing on the farm.. Storage for mountain bikes and canoes. Stabling and grazing for two horses available by arrangement. Shops and village pub Talybont on Usk, 1 mile.
