You can enjoy the South West Coastal Path and lovely walks across the cliff tops. The fishing town of Brixham is just over a mile with its harbour, restaurants serving local seafood, cafes, pubs, shops and galleries. You will also be within a short drive to Torquay where you'll find the palm lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina. Upon entering this privately owned immaculate single storey lodge via four external steps, you are greeted with a light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys wonderful sea views and benefits from an electric wood burner. In the summer you can open the patio doors to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa's and watch the seasons change while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The very well equipped kitchen has a gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There is a useful cupboard for storing coats and sandy shoes which also houses the washer/dryer. There are two immaculate bedrooms, a double with the added benefit of an en suite shower and WC and a twin with large walk in wardrobe. Attention to detail is second to none and there are fluffy bathrobes for all guests. Completing the accommodation is a contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Venturing outside there is a large raised balcony where guests will find seating, making it a perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining, or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine under the star filled skies.
