2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washer/dryer. Sunken hot tub with built in auxiliary cable. The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for every booking, therefore, the water may not be up to temperature on the first evening. Off road parking for 2 cars. Pub within walking distance. Shop 2 miles. Smart TV in lounge and TV in double bedroom. Electric and central heating included. Please note, there are no Electric Vehicle charging facilities for this property .

Other attractions within easy reach include Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake, Okehampton Castle, the Miniature Pony Centre, Crealy Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties.
