Enjoy a day on one of the Ullswater steamers or why not visit the Lakes Distillery, book a tour and enjoy the local Whisky on offer. Entering the property you will enter the bright spacious hallway. The large country kitchen/dining area is off the hall , well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, it has patio doors leading onto the garden with amazing views of the countryside. This area of the house offers a great social space to catch up over a meal or breakfast. Next door there is a utility/boot room with washing machine, this room can be accessed from the garden. There is a spacious lounge further down the hall with Smart TV/DVD and patio doors which open out onto the garden/patio. At the end of a busy day enjoy the comfy seating and watch a good movie. The house offers three spacious double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a bathroom situated across from the bedrooms which features a shower over the bath and WC and an additional bathroom with shower and WC. There is a spacious enclosed private garden and patio for you to sit out and enjoy on a good day. It offers some fabulous views across the fields and fells. There is private parking available on the private gated drive which will accommodate three cars..
