There is a good local network of footpaths, bridleways and lanes that are perfect for walking and cycling. The unspoilt market town of Pershore on the banks of the Avon with its Georgian architecture is a short drive and boasts a magnificent abbey and lovely boutique style shops surrounded by countryside. The barn is detached and situated within the grounds of the owner s home. The front door gives access to a small lobby where you can leave boots and coats behind after a busy day. The ground floor offers open plan living space with exposed brick and woodwork which is complemented with a contemporary twist. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing, with a sofa and armchair that front the wood burner and TV. The kitchen/dining area has been finished with a contemporary style. There is an island where you can sit to enjoy a simple supper along with a well equipped kitchen that offers a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility area with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with double walk in shower and WC. When the day is done, climb the stairs to the bedroom which is within the eaves; here you can enjoy a good night s rest in the double bed.
