2 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) plus 1 single day bed and 1 twin bedroom. 2 shower rooms with shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility area with washing machine and area to dry clothes. Highchair available. Smart TV in the lounge. Woodbuner (starter pack provided) any additional wood can be purchased from the owner. Enclosed garden with fire pit, disposable BBQ area, seating and lawned area. Guests will be able to walk around the designated areas of the farm to see the poultry, peacock and pigs. Dogs must be on a lead at all times due to freely roaming poultry. Off road parking for 2 cars. Beach 7.5 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 2 miles.

There is also another shower room with WC located on this floor, as well as a small utility area featuring a washing machine and an area to dry clothes. Outside the property, there is a small, enclosed garden with seating, a great spot to take in the sun or for some evening al fresco dining around the fire pit. There is also a lovely lawned area which is perfect for guests with a dog or for children wanting to play outside. There is off road parking for two cars located at the side of the property.
