To the north, lies Bodmin Moor which has many fantastic walks and views over the old mining engine houses that symbolise Cornwall s proud past. To the south, is the coast with the delightful villages of Looe and Polperro remaining popular with tourists. Many sheltered coves and harbours can be found along the coastal walks. Other attractions nearby include the Eden Project, Lux park leisure centre and swimming pool, The Adrenalin Quarry, Kart World, Siblyback Segway Adventure, the Monkey Sanctuary and, for cyclists, Cardinham Woods.
