4 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. 1 bathroom with bath, handheld shower and WC; 1 shower room with shower and WC. 2 electric ovens, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dry. Wood burner (logs/coal included October end of April; kindling and firelighters not included). Smart TV in lounge. Due to the property's location internet access may be intermittent. Enclosed courtyard gardens to front and rear with seating. Off road parking available to the rear for two cars. Beach, pub and shop within walking distance. The highly acclaimed local pub, The Anchor Inn, is just a stone s throw away and can provide pre ordered meals to be delivered to the cottage (not available during the high season), further details on menus and table reservations can be found in the cottage. Regret no babies or children under the age of 5. Subject to availability, the property can be booked along with the property next door (property code DC062) which sleeps 6 if both properties are booked together there will be a 5% discount available for off peak dates.

Seatown itself is home to a popular inn and a seasonal shop selling essential supplies. The nearby village of Chideock (1 mile) has further amenities, or head to Bridport (4 miles) and explore its eclectic mix of independent and high street shops before relaxing in one of the many cafes. A flight of external steps lead through the garden to the rear entrance into this charming stone cottage. A stable door leads directly into the light and bright kitchen, which was newly refurbished in 2021 and is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading on from here down two steps is a cosy dining area ideal for leisurely meals. Spanning the front of the property is an inviting lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV for watching all your favourite programmes, making it the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring. Just next door is a compact single bedroom and rear hallway leading to a shower room with a shower and WC. A door leads into a porch area, ideal for leaving muddy boots and coats. A winding staircase leads to the first floor and a choice of beautiful bedrooms. The first is a double, where you can enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the sea.
