Close by are the picturesque towns of Lynton and Lynmouth with its famous cliff railway providing a great day out for all the family. Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon s north coast, including Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde together with hidden coves, including those at Lee Bay and Woody Bay. There is much more to see in the local area, including the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle, with its family friendly attractions. Tucked away up a private lane lies this wonderful, detached farmhouse, which is situated on a 10,000 acre working farm and is bursting with charm and character. Entering this stunning property, you are immediately greeted by a boot room with room to hang coats, a washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink and a useful WC. From here head into the lounge which has a wood burner, Smart TV and views over the enclosed garden. From the lounge, step into the kitchen/diner with sliding doors opening into the garden, a TV/DVD and a large dining table seating 12 where you can spend quality time with your loved ones or celebrate an occasion with friends. The well equipped kitchen has everything you might need to cook and entertain with an oil fired AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room that houses a Belfast sink. There is also a games room where you will find a pool table and a TV. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a second WC.
