Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging. For the walkers, there are plenty of coastal paths to choose from and for the beach lovers, take your pick of the many beaches close by, along the Cornish Coast. For a fun day out there is a range of attractions worth a visit including, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark and Hangloose Adventures. Enter into the property and into the lounge/kitchen/dining room with fantastic views over the River Fowey. This room is a wonderfully light and bright room with very stylish interiors. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a delightful window seat where you can sit and watch the world go by or curl up and watch your favourite programs on the TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The kitchen boasts a lovely breakfast bar with stools for morning coffee or a bite to eat and over in the dining area, there is plenty of seating with views out over the water. Moving back through the large hallway is the twin bedroom offering lots of light and a good size king size bedroom with plenty of storage space.
