Wood burner (1st basket of logs included). Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed gardens with multiple seating areas and 1.2 acres of shared land. Extra dogs may be welcome, by prior arrangement with the owner at the time of booking. Off road parking for 2 cars. Pub and shop within 3 miles. The cottage is an Annex within the grounds of the owners property.

Lincolnshire, known as 'Bomber County', is home of the RAF, with its bases such as Cranwell, Coningsby, and Scampton (home to the Red Arrows). The National Trust's Belton House and Gardens (21 miles) is well worth a visit. There is a further enclosed garden shared with the owner, with a garden room tucked away with comfortable seating, so you can enjoy the feeling of being outside come rain or shine. You will find another cosy corner with outdoor seating and a wood burner a lovely spot to sit and watch the stars.
