4 bedrooms 1 super king size, 2 double, 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite bathroom with separate shower and a WC, 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC, and 1 separate WC. Electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Open fire (Initial supply of logs, coal and kindling is provided). Smart TV . Wi Fi included. Towels not provided. Lockable shed for bike storage. Raised patio area with garden furniture to side and rear of the house, shrubbed beds to the front. Off road parking for 1 2 cars (please note two large cars may struggle to fit). 1 dog welcome please note pets must be kept off the furniture, out of bedrooms and they must not be left unattended. Storage for bikes in shed. The drinking water has a filter system. Pub 1 mile, shop and restaurant 2 miles. When going out and about, do note that due to rural nature of the lake district mobile signals can be patchy in some locations .

Cosy and welcoming, this delightful home from home is a wonderful place to return to after a busy day in the elements. Step through the front door in to the tiled hallway, leave your coats and boots here and head through to the kitchen. Equipped with an electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, you can gather everyone around the large, dining table perfect for sociable mealtimes. Retire to the spacious sitting room and settle on the comfortable sofas. Light and bright during the day, the large windows and patio doors let the light and fresh air flood in, with the room taking on a cosy demeanor once the open fire is lit. Relax with glass of wine in hand and pup at your feet watching a film by the light of the flickering flames. The downstairs cloakroom has a WC. Upstairs there are four lovely bedrooms. The super king size bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a separate shower. The two double bedrooms both have lovely views to Latrigg. There is also a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside the garden has a patio area to the side and rear with table and chairs, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining morning, noon and night.
