The light and spacious kitchen has an electric fan oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, under counter fridge and dishwasher, and leads on to the lovely dining room, where a dining table seats six in front of a decorative fireplace. The delightful sunroom has two comfy armchairs overlooking the mature gardens and benefits from the evening sun, the perfect place to enjoy a good book and a glass of wine. In the evening, snuggle down on plush, leather sofas in front of the open fire in the living room, ending the day with a movie. Upstairs, the light and airy bathroom has a shower over the bath, whilst both bedrooms are elegantly decorated in subtle colours. The king size bedroom has views over the garden, whilst the twin room can be made into a super king size on request. Outside, the enclosed garden is busy with lawn, shrubs and trees and has been thoughtfully planted to offer year round colour.
