1 bedroom super king size (can be made up as a twin on request). 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher 2 smart TVs, in lounge area and bedroom. Wi Fi included. Seating area in front of property, as well as access to shared grounds. Electric fire. Off road parking for 1 car. Dedicated EV charging points are going to be installed very soon, but until then, please refrain from charging your cars from the property there are several EV charging points nearby, at Booths and Morrisons in Penrith. 2 dogs welcome. Complex of properties. Pub and restaurant less than 100 metres, shop 1 mile. Property is all on one level however there are steps down to the living room.
