Further down the coast you can discover the traditional picture postcard resort towns of Looe (16 miles) and Polperro (21 miles). Other attractions in the area include the Monkey Sanctuary (15 miles), the Adrenalin Quarry (10.5 miles), Go Karting (3 miles), Porfell Wildlife Park (21 miles), the Eden Project (30 miles) and many National Trust properties as well as golf courses including the Jack Nicklaus course at St Mellion (6 miles). Enter this wonderful property and into a conservatory porch with seating a real sun trap for you to enjoy a book or morning coffee. Move through the stunning original front door and into the grand hallway with its impressive staircase, high ceilings and original features and you immediately feel at home. Off to the right is the main lounge with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to snuggle up and watch your favourite programmes. Directly opposite this room is another lounge complete with a bay window and there s also a downstairs shower with WC. A double bedroom can be found next door. This would ideally be suited to grandparents or an older sibling wanting some space to themselves perhaps.
