A short walk down the farm track takes you directly onto the beautiful South West Coast path, where you can decide to head south to Crackington Haven or north to Widemouth Bay.

3 bedrooms 2 king size and 1 twin room with a king size bed and a standard single bed. 3 bathrooms 1 shower room with shower and WC, 1 en suite shower room with shower and WC, 1 en suite bathroom with free standing roll top bath and separate WC, and 1 ground floor WC. Electric oven and hob, oil fired AGA, full size fridge, microwave and two dishwashers. Utility room with storage, fridge/freezer, washing machine and WC. Wood burners in lounge, dining room and kitchen/diner. Piano in lounge. Smart TV in the lounge and lounge/kitchen/diner and TV in one bedroom. Enclosed and private garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. Driveway parking for three cars, additional parking available. Pub, shop and beach 2 miles. Please note: There is a half spiral granite staircase in the property so is unsuitable for guests with limited mobility and care to be taken with young children. (Door at the bottom of stairs can be closed to stop access, but no stairgate at the top due to the unique shape of the walls) Sleeps 6 1 (single bed in king size bedroom).
