This is the perfect location for keen walkers and cyclists, with routes for all abilities available from your front door. The village pub is within 0.1 miles from the cottage, it is a traditional Lake District Inn and a pub with Jennings cask ales brewed locally in Cockermouth, proper home made food, and a great beer garden. As you walk through the front door, you will find yourself in the hallway where there is storage for coats and shoes. Off to the right from the hallway, you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. It has been thoughtfully renovated throughout with original quirky features whilst having a luxurious, contemporary feel. The slate floor is heated throughout on the ground floor, offering a warm and welcoming space to catch up with friends and family. The bespoke kitchen has everything you will need; there is an electric range oven and hob, dishwasher, SMEG fridge/freezer, microwave, Delonghi manual coffee machine, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The stunning dining table offers the perfect place to gather and enjoy a nice meal or breakfast and discuss the plans for the week ahead.
