The property is situated a short stroll from Widemouth Bay beach which is widely regarded as one of North Cornwall s top coastal destinations. Within a short drive of your doorstep, there is plenty more to do such as delving into the historic village of Boscastle, exploring the South West Coast Path and even visiting the ever popular Bude with countless attractions and restaurants serving all sorts of delicacies. You ll find all these destinations within 12 miles from the property itself. Upon entering, to the left of this welcoming home you will be immediately enticed by the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To your right, you can unwind into the home s colourful seating choices; combined with the Smart TV, this is a perfect combination to relax after the day s fun filled activities. The kitchen, combined with the utility room, is well equipped with an electric oven complete with induction hobs, plus a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
