Beach 1.5 miles, shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles. Garden area with seating and enclosed orchard to exercise dogs. Private off road parking for 1 car. Regret no infants/children due to the size of the property.

If you fancy a change of scenery, why not take a walk through the traditional English market town of Kingsbridge just 6 miles away, which sits on its very own estuary and is surrounded by beautiful, green rolling countryside, making it very popular with walkers and water sports enthusiasts. Also within 10 miles, is the picturesque village of Salcombe where there is a wide variety of on and off water activities, along with plenty of shops and eateries. Upon entering this adorable shepherds hut from the steps, you will immediately find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed for a cosy nights sleep, benefiting from windows to take in the countryside views whilst relaxing under the duvet. The living space features comfortable seating to put your feet up and a dining table which folds down when needed, to maximise on the space. The compact kitchen area is equipped with a 2 ring induction hob, fridge and microwave. The en suite shower room comprises of walk in shower cubicle and WC, providing a comfortable stay in this beautiful rustic environment. Outside of the property there is a lovely garden area to the front of the hut, complete with garden furniture to relax with a drink in the fresh countryside air.
