This elegant townhouse is part of a converted textile mill, originally powered by a water wheel. The water wheel is gone, but the sound of water is ever present. To the front of the property, a small suntrap terrace with tables and benches is cordoned off from the communal paved area, and there is allocated parking for two cars at the end of the driveway..
