2 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link bed (can be made up as twin beds on request at time of booking) and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 shower room with WC, and 1 en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Smart TV in lounge and master bedroom T. ravel cot and highchair available. Private patio area with garden furniture set within 450 acre landscaped and natural grounds (shared with other properties on site). Private parking available for 2 cars. Complimentary Health Club facilities, including steam room, sauna, spa pool, gym, resistance room and 3 swimming pools (25m main swimming pool, leisure pool and baby pool). Additional extras are available by contacting the resort direct golf, treatments, fitness classes, food and drink. Adults please be aware, bunk beds can fit 6ft and up to 90kg.

If you decide to venture further afield, you are within 12 miles of the city of Plymouth, and the popular coastal destinations of Looe (15.5 miles) and Polperro (20.5 miles) are also nearby. Enter the cottage into the hallway and turn left into a large, contemporary lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst cooking up a treat in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This wonderfully decorated room features some comfy seating and a Smart TV, so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes or enjoy the views through the patio doors. Back out through the main hallway is a shower room with WC, and next door to this is a bunk bedroom with storage space. The master bedroom boasts a super king size zip and link bed, which can be made up as a twin on request, a dressing area, Smart TV, and a seating area where you can sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst looking out through the patio doors.
