2 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link bed (can be made up as twin beds on request at time of booking) and 1 bunk bedroom. 2 bathrooms 1 shower room with WC and 1 en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Smart TV in lounge and master bedroom. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside is a private patio area with and garden furniture set within 450 acre landscaped and natural grounds (shared with other properties on site). Private parking available for 2 cars. Complementary Health Club facilities available are steam room, sauna, spa pool, gym, resistance room and 3 swimming pools (25m main swimming pool, leisure pool and baby pool). Additional Extras are available by contacting the resort direct Golf, Treatments, Health Club Classes, Food and Drink. Adults please be aware of Bunk Beds can fit 6ft & up to 90kg.

Staying closer to home, the estate itself has a multitude of activities to keep your whole group occupied. Whether you want to rest and refresh in the spa pool, steam room and sauna or do some lengths in one of the three swimming pools, you ll find water babies are well catered for. Other members of the group can enjoy a long walk with some pitching and putting in between, when you discover the joys of playing on one of two Championship golf courses, one of which is the Nicklaus Signature Course. Once you ve built up an appetite, try one of the many eateries or bars contained within the resort. Enter into the cottage and into a light stylish hallway with plenty of natural light. turning left and into a large contemporary and very stylish lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst cooking up a treat in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This wonderfully stylishly decorated room features some comfy seating and Smart TV so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes whilst looking out through the patio doors and enjoying the surroundings. Back out though the main hallway is a shower room with WC and next door a bunk bedroom with storage space. Moving on to the master bedroom boasting a gorgeous super king size zip and link bed (can be made up as a twin on request) dressing area, Smart TV and a seating area where you can sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst looking out through some patio door onto the patio. or just have a lazy morning in bed. Off of the master is an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside is a private patio area with garden furniture accessed through the lounge and master bedroom.
