Bluetooth speaker in the lounge and a DAB radio in kitchen. Enclosed garden to the rear with hot tub, gazebo, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ (hot tub towels provided). Guests are requested not to play loud music in the garden and to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours and community. Driveway parking for 1 car and on street parking (subject to availability). Storage space for surf boards and body boards. Beach, shop and pub within walking distance. Children's play park located a short walk away.
