Ample off road parking. Limited Wi Fi included (not suitable for streaming). Private water supply from natural spring. 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs welcome. Beach 10 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Regret property not suitable for infants.

The thriving community supports a Post Office, a friendly shop which also incorporates a visitor information centre, and a pub and restaurant that have been serving food and drink for nearly two centuries. Both the north and south coasts are easily accessible by car, as well as the Eden Project (19 miles). Upon entering this home through the front door, you ll find a porch, handy for kicking off those walking boots after a day of exploring. An inner door then leads into an open plan, split level lounge/kitchen/diner running the length of the property with whitewashed stone walls and exposed cross beams in the apex of the roof. At one end there is a kitchen/dining area with an electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and a pine table with chairs. The ideal spot to sit and plan the day's adventures with a cup of tea. A wide, curtained archway and one step then lead up to the living/sleeping area with a comfortable two seater sofa, TV, and a double bed. In the far corner, a door opens to the shower room with a shower and WC. Making your way outdoors, there is a level lawn, attractive gazebo, outdoor seating, and BBQ to the side of the property for visitors sole use. From here footpaths lead directly onto the moors.
