Enclosed garden laid to lawn with seating, picnic table and BBQ area. Lockable bike rack. Allocated private parking for 1 car. Beach, shop and pub less than half a mile. Train station a four minute walk away. Trains are every two hours and cross each other hourly. Trains must be flagged down to stop.. Regret no children or babes in arms. Two small/mediumdogs or one large dog allowed..

This gated property situated within the owner s grounds is a truly quirky garden retreat. As you enter, you will find a lobby with storage for boots and coats. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has been creatively designed and has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining table is perfectly positioned to enjoy a meal together and plan your day s activities. After a full day of exploring, relax on the sofa, snuggle up and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV and maybe light the wood burner for cosy nights in. When the night draws in, head off to the king size bedroom which has plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. French doors open out to the enclosed lawn area which has seating, a picnic table and a BBQ area, perfect for those summer al fresco meals. There are sun loungers which you can relax on while reading a good book or enjoy a game of boules or croquet with the sets provided. If you are bringing bikes, there is a bike rack which you are welcome to use. There is parking for one car at the property..
