Parking for 1 car on the private driveway outside the lodge, further parking in the shared private car park. Beach 8 miles, shop 2.5 miles, pub within half a mile.

With quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West. With the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets only 2.5 miles away, you will have everything you need for a great break away. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles) and the Eden Project (30 miles), or you could venture out to the coast and enjoy the eateries, shops and boat trips in the fishing village of Looe (12 miles). Enter the lodge and into the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and is the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Through to the lounge/dining area, you ll find a great sociable place to spend time together, either around the dining table or relaxing on the comfy seating while watching the TV with Freeview in front of the open fire. Heading through to the two bedrooms, the first is a lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the second is a relaxing twin bedroom.
