Please note the front entrance is shared so dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Walk to the summits of High Pike, and Carrock Fell (6 miles) for some magnificent views or you can stroll from the village along the riverbanks to the limestone gorge of Howk, where the waterfalls are a lovely sight. You are also within easy reach of Bassenthwaite Lake (9 miles), Derwentwater (18 miles) and Ullswater (18 miles). Entering the property, there is a handy porch to dry off damp coats and muddy walking boots. Heading into the bright hallway, you will find a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a Smart TV with a built in DVD player. After a day out, put a movie on Netflix and relax before your adventures ahead. On a nice evening, there are patio doors which lead from the lounge into the garden. Also off the hallway, you will find the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a handy WC off the kitchen. Head back into the hallway and head up to the first floor. There is a family bathroom which offers a shower over the bath to relax in, and a WC. There are three attractive bedrooms: a super king, a twin and a single bedroom. There is a pretty enclosed rear garden which is a real suntrap perfect to sit out and enjoy an early morning coffee.
