There is a village shop at Powmill (1.5 miles) whilst at Dollar and Kinross, both within 9 miles, you can find shops, historic monuments and cycle paths. There are numerous golf courses close by, including the world renowned Gleneagles (14 miles). There is fishing at Kinross Trout Fishery and Loch Leven. Loch Leven Nature Reserve (RSPB) runs programmes throughout the year (12 miles) and Knockhill Racing Circuit has year round events and experience days (6 miles). The cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within 36 miles. The historic 200 year old farmhouse has been sympathetically upgraded but still retains many original features.
