Wood burner in the lounge (first basket of logs included October to April). Smart TV available in the lounge and all bedrooms. Expansive lawns, patio with furniture, charcoal BBQ and children's play equipment to the front. Private parking for 3 cars. Games room with multi purpose games table, dartboard (please bring your own darts) 55" TV with Playstation and a bar with bar stools and a fridge. Access to a private stretch of riverbank where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, and fishing. Please ensure you have an appropriate license for fishing and bring your own equipment. Beach 7 miles, shops 3 miles and pub under a mile.
