The property is a hidden and bucolic gem and borders Sherborne Park and is a haven for walking, bicycling and picnics. It is within easy reach of all the attractions of the Cotswold AONB, its villages, market towns, walking routes, gardens, historic houses and sites, and arts and culture. It offers easy access to Cheltenham (17 miles) and its famous racecourse, Oxford (27 miles), Burford (7.6 miles), Northleach (3.6 miles), Bourton on the water (4.5 miles), Cirencester (15 miles), Stow on the Wold (8.1 miles), and Stratford on Avon (29 miles). The newly refurbished for 2022 forge has three steps up to its entrance but is otherwise on one level.
