Just 100 metres along a quiet lane is the Dartmoor Way Cycle Route. Dartmoor National Park is famed for its spectacular walks and scenery. The cathedral city of Exeter is 20 miles away with a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, shops and bars, and also within an easy drive of popular tourist destinations of the south coast and the unspoilt villages along the northern coastline. Enter the property on the first floor from the rear parking area and you ll find the rustic kitchen/dining area. Up a couple more stairs is the first well proportioned king size bedroom. Completing this floor is the walk in shower room. Head down the stairs from the kitchen and into the lounge area with cosy inglenook wood burner, TV and sofas. Up three steps from the lounge is another king size bedroom, a beautiful hideaway with wood burner and exposed beams. Outside the property down a few steps from the lounge is an enclosed seating area perfect for enjoying the sun and dining alfresco. A small lawned space is great for some evening garden games..
