2 double bedrooms. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV in the lounge. Steps and shared path to a private garden lawn with seating areas. Please note the lounge has an original flagstone floor that is uneven. This property has very steep ladder style stairs (handrails are in place), with one bedroom opening directly onto the stairs. Beach 18 miles, shop and pub 0.5 miles.

Or travel 18 miles south to the ever popular Jurassic Coast and enjoy a day on the beach, or pick up the South West Coast Path and take in the magnificent views. A path leads through the front garden to the entrance door into this Grade II listed mid terrace cottage. Once inside you re met with a compact vestibule before stepping into the charming lounge. This striking room has an amazing original floor as well as inglenook fireplace with wood burner and a Smart TV. Leading on from here is the contemporary kitchen/diner, which gives access to the stylish bathroom. Heading back into the lounge you will find a door leading to the very steep cottage style stairs, rising to the first floor. There are two double bedrooms, one which opens directly onto the stairs so care should be taken. Heading through the rear door opposite the bathroom you can follow the steps and shared path up to a private lawn with outdoor furniture..
