Private parking for 2 medium size cars or 1 large car. Beach 5 miles, pub 3 miles, village shop within 250 metres. The property is accessed via an unmade lane and there are 8 external steps from the parking area. Garden has steep steps and is sloped.

There are many exhilarating mountain bike tracks through the forests and moors. Minehead, a small coastal town, is 5 miles away with a beach, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a steam railway. Visit Watchet (9 miles) with its pretty harbour, the attractive coastal villages of Porlock (7 miles), or Lynmouth and Lynton, both under 20 miles. Step inside this delightful cottage and you will immediately find yourself in a light and airy hall which leads through to the lounge. The lounge is made for relaxing with a Smart TV and a wood burner for those cooler evenings. Back through the hall, enter the kitchen/diner, which has a pretty window seat in the dining area where you can enjoy the fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Heading upstairs from the hall are three bedrooms all beautifully decorated. There is a master king size with an en suite shower room, a double, and a single bedroom. Completing this floor is an immaculate family bathroom. To the front of the cottage, you will find a terrace with seating that boasts glimpses to Dunkery Beacon the highest point in Exmoor. The back garden is accessed via sliding doors from the kitchen/diner, here you will find a patio with a seating area, which is a lovely spot for al fresco dining with the family. From the patio, head up some steep steps to the tiered, sloping garden where you will find further seating, a peaceful place for a quiet moment reading a book. At the very top is access to a footpath for Timberscombe Common, perfect for dog walking or an evening stroll..
