4 bedrooms 1 king size, 2 double, and 1 single with day bed (for alternative sleeping only). 1 bathroom with roll top bath, shower cubicle, and WC, and 1 en suite WC. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. Welcome pack. Wood burner in the lounge logs available at the petrol station in Todmorden. Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed garden with furniture and Kamado BBQ/smoker. Parking available in free car park 50 metres way (subject to availability 2 cars maximum). Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles and restaurants 3 miles. Private water supply. Please note: due to the rural location and proximity to other properties, we ask that you please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
