Travel cot available. Wood burner (first set of logs provided). Smart TV, TV with DVD player in twin bedroom. Garden with summerhouse, outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. Off road parking for 1 car (further on street parking subject to availability). Beach 1.5 miles, shop just under 2 miles and pub just over 300 metres. Please note, the tiered garden is accessed by steps and the lower patio is unfenced with a 3 drop to the lower level.

Less than 1.5 miles away is the seaside town of Seaton with a picturesque mile long pebble beach, with views of the cliffs and Jurassic coastline. Take a trip to the charming, cobbled streets of Lyme Regis (6 miles), wander through the galleries and visit the historic Cobb before testing out one of the many cafes and eateries. Enter the property up half a dozen steps and you re welcomed into the entrance hall. Walk into the cosy lounge area where a wood burner, a Smart TV and comfortable sofas await. In the well equipped kitchen, you can cook up a meal to enjoy in the conservatory/dining room situated a few steps away. From here, you can walk through the French doors out onto the private rear garden space. Heading upstairs, you ll find three cosy bedrooms in which to unwind. The master bedroom with a double bed, a twin room with a TV/DVD player and finally a single bed bedroom suitable for children only. Across the landing is the family shower room with a cubicle and WC.
