Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine. Smart TV in the lounge and dining room. Due to rural location WIFI can be intermittent. Balcony with sun loungers, patio furniture and hot tub (robes provided). Communal pool (open in summer months only). Parking for 1 car. Beach 9 miles, shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Sleeps 4 2 (pull out trundle bed in second room and sofa bed in lounge bedding provided).

Within 10 miles is RHS Rosemoor, set in over 65 acres of enchanting gardens, or Dartington Crystal which offers glass painting for all the family and fascinating glass blowing demonstrations. Golfers can head to Highbullen (3 miles), where you can enjoy a game on the 18 hole golf course and follow it up with one of their delicious cream teas. As you enter this stylish lodge, take off your muddy boots and relax. On the ground floor, you have an open plan kitchen/dining room which is a great social area to cook up a lovely family meal. On this floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and an en suite, and the other is a twin room with two singles and a trundle bed to sleep one extra guest if needed. Nearby is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and WC. The staircase leads up to the beautiful, relaxing lounge with three large comfortable sofas to snuggle up on after a day of adventure to watch a favourite movie on the Smart TV with Xbox which played blue ray DVD's. Step through the patio doors onto the balcony where you ll find sun loungers and patio furniture. Enjoy meals outside in the sunshine or sit in the hot tub watching the sunsets over the spectacular rolling countryside. There is also a communal pool which is open in the summer months..
