For lovers of the seaside, you have the beautiful sprawling beaches of St Cyrus, Montrose, and Lunan Bay with its sand backed dunes and worthy of being on the list of Scotland s best beaches all within a 16 mile drive. The very historic and famous Dunottar Castle and its dramatic coastal location is a must do, used frequently for many a film location and situated close to Stonehaven. Whilst there don t forget a trip to the Stonehaven Outdoor Pool in summer and its moonlight swims until midnight. Entering through the front entrance you will arrive at a spacious lounge area with high ceilings and original features from this one time Bank that served the local people of Edzell, yes there still is a walk in safe a very quirky feature of the property. The safe can be used to store your bicycles, buggies etc. Just off the lounge is the modern and well equipped kitchen with seating for social breakfasts and dinners or a cosy seating area for two for a more romantic evening. With good accessibility throughout this property, there is a king sized bedroom with an en suite. There is a small dressing room adjacent and a spacious twin room. Both rooms have a Smart TV and there is a beautifully designed family bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and lights that can be dimmed making a perfect place to relax and soak your aching limbs after a day out on the hills. With very comfortable seating in the lounge wind down and watch a movie on the Smart TV or pop on some music, read, relax and plan your next day out. Heading outside, the small enclosed patio seating area is accessed via the patio doors from the master bedroom.
