2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom. 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave and fridge. Welcome pack provided. Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied). Smart TV in lounge and bedrooms. 2 dogs welcome or 3 small dogs. Gravelled courtyard garden can be found to the side of the cottage and has outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub (please be advised the hot tub usage is restricted to 10pm to respect the neighbours adjoining the property). Driveway parking for 1 car and further private parking on the gravel to the front of the cottage. Beach 8 miles, shop 3 miles, golf course and restaurant 1 mile. Located next to a working farm.
