Around the village, there are several interesting walks, also an excellent base for the more adventurous walker wishing to explore the nearby North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The local iconic landmark Roseberry Topping is located within close proximity, with routes to the top so you can enjoy the spectacular views from the summit. The village of Stokesley is a must visit, with cobbled streets, boutique shops, tea rooms, pubs, and restaurants. Head to the Yorkshire heritage coastline to Saltburn (10 miles) or visit the fishing villages of Staithes (21 miles), Whitby (27 miles) and Robin Hoods Bay (32 miles). Completing the ground floor accommodation is a downstairs bathroom with a bath and WC. Venture upstairs when it's time to go to bed, there is a choice of a king size bedroom with two additional single chair beds, ideal for a family, it also has a private balcony with seating should you want to enjoy your morning brew in peace. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all rooms come with quality bedding and fluffy robes for each guest. The large landing area has a further chair bed which can open to become an additional single bed for one extra guest. There is also a luxurious shower room with a shower and WC, with lovely cosmetic dispensers and robes. Outside, the decking sweeps around the lodge to the private hot tub with nearby outdoor seating a fantastic place to enjoy the summer nights with loved ones and dine alfresco.
