Steps from driveway lead to a level pathway and entrance. Ground Floor: Living room, TV and DVD, portable CD player/radio, wireless broadband. Dining area with table to seat six. Galley kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine. Sunroom with easy chairs, dining table to seat four with sea views and door leading to the garden and patio. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sumptuous en suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand held shower, basin and WC.
