Ground floor: From entrance hall, steps lead up to the spacious lounge with sofas, flat screen TV, Sky and DVD, log burner effect electric fire. Beautiful kitchen/ breakfast room with under floor heating, electric range cooker with induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Bespoke breakfast table to seat 13. Leading off lounge: Bedroom 1 small bunk room with 3ft bunks suitable for children. Stairs from hallway lead to First Floor: Bedroom 2 with King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds, wardrobe, en suite shower room. Bedroom 4 double bedroom with 4ft 6inch bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower over. Stairs from lounge lead to Bedroom 5 double bedroom, which is approached via Bedroom 6, triple bedroom with 3ft beds, en suite shower room leading off. (This wing can be closed off for smaller parties of up to 6 at reduced rate in low season.)
