Inner hallway with glazed front door and porch. Front bedroom with range of fitted cupboards, Ley views and twin 3ft beds. Rear bedroom with double 4ft 6in bed and fitted cupboards. Bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Separate WC. Stairs to the top bedroom with a double 4ft 6in bed, fitted cupboard and French door to balcony and fantastic views over the Ley and the sea.
