The cottages enjoy the use of both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, games room with table tennis and pool, an all-weather tennis court, and the grounds include an orchard and croquet lawn. The sandy beach at South Milton, with the Beach House Café, is only a mile away

Part of the upper courtyard, No. 7 fronts onto the enclosed courtyard gardens with terrace at the rear and easy access to the swimming pools and tennis court. This cottage is on two levels and has glorious views of the sea and surrounding countryside from the living room, bedrooms and large private terrace.

Kitchen, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1, 2 sets of single bunk beds. Understairs cupboard housing washer/dryer. First floor, bedroom 2, double bed and luxury en suite shower room. Bedroom 3, twin single beds. Luxury family bathroom with shower over bath.

Court Barton is approached along a private drive. Grouped around and accessed from two courtyards, with manicured lawns, each cottage has either its own private terrace or balcony provided with garden furniture. The extensive grounds are enclosed and bordered by fields with outstanding views down to the sea.

Should you wish to leave the comfort of this delightful place, less than a mile away is the beach at Thurlestone Sands, wonderful for sunbathing, swimming and watersports, with the village of Thurlestone itself a little further on with its famous links golf course. The beautiful sailing mecca of the Salcombe estuary with its golden beaches is only 3 miles.
