Many of North Wales' main attractions are nearby, including Surf Snowdonia (less than 4 miles), the walled castle town and World Heritage Site of Conwy (4.5 miles) and also Llandudno (8.5 miles) with its famous Victorian pier, beach, Theatre, ski slope, cable cars and much more. Zip World Fforest, Zip World Velocity and Betws y Coed are also conveniently close, not to mention Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales. Located on a working farm in the village of Rowen, Cae Mawr is a semi-detached, converted barn that features 5 star qualities throughout. From a woodburner to a beautiful, bespoke kitchen and from smart TVs and oak furniture in all rooms to an enclosed private garden. You can also enjoy access to 10 circular walks from the doorstep, a village pub within 200 yards and a cycle route that takes you to Conwy and Llandudno Junction. Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 1 double, 1 twin Rooms: ground floor: lounge, kitchen/diner, porch. First floor: double bedroom, twin bedroom, family bathroom. Kitchen & utilities: bespoke oak kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and electric cooker with ceramic hob. Microwave, freestanding fridge/freezer and smart TV. Tumble dryer available in separate building on site - shared with cottage next door and small campsite. Entertainment: smart TVs in all rooms, wifi. For families: cot, highchair and stair-gate available on request (please bring your cot bedding). Outside: enclosed, private patio and garden area with furniture. BBQ available on request. Parking: 2 parking spaces available General: bed linen and towels provided, electricity and heating included, as well as logs and kindling for the woodburner. Welcome pack with tea and coffee, milk, sugar and Bara Brith. 2 hairdryers provided. During March – October there is a small honesty shop supplying milk, yogurts, tinned food, toothbrushes etc in the camping site facility block which is also located on site and open 24 hours.
