Annie Oswald’s Cottage is a charming stone cottage situated in Adderstone, close to the village of Lucker, and only a short drive away from the fantastic seaside village of Bamburgh, which boasts an incredible sandy beach and magnificent castle. Northumberland is steeped in history with many imposing castles to explore including Alnwick Castle made famous by the Harry Potter movies and the striking Bamburgh Castle built high on a rocky outcrop. The quiet lanes are perfect for cyclists and walkers to soak up the stunning landscapes and perhaps catch a glimpse of the remarkable array of wildlife including red squirrels, roe deer, wild goats, otters and black grouse. Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Beds: 1 x king size bed. 1 x twin beds. Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area: Comfortable seating with sofa and chairs. Dining table with four high back chairs, wood burning stove. Well equipped kitchen. Modern appliances include washer/dryer dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave.
