This charming property benefits from lovely countryside walks direct from its front door, as well as long rambles across nearby Dartmoor and Exmoor with their rugged scenery and wildlife. Perfect for a romantic trip away. Cyclists are well catered for in the area with the famous Tarka Trail within easy reach, which can also be enjoyed by walkers and cyclist alike. North Devon offers an abundance of long sandy surfing beaches and well as sheltered coves to explore. You will be within easy reach of a riding stable, coarse fishing at Stafford Moor, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and family attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Entering this delightful thatched cottage into the open plan lounge/diner where a traditional wood burner sits in a charming stone fireplace. The lounge has a sofa, chair, and TV/DVD where you can cosy up for nights in front of the fire and a good film. Through to the kitchen you ll find everything you need for a self catering break including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Throughout the property there are lots of little details that add charm and make the property extra special. This continues upstairs to the bedrooms, which are approached via steep cottage style stairs and are finished with pretty, welcoming décor. There is one double and one twin room, and also on this floor you will find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The pretty, enclosed patio garden is reached through a door from the kitchen and up a few steps. This is a lovely spot to soak up the evening sun with a glass of wine.
